REIMAGINE YOURSELF EVERYDAY

YOU DON’T HAVE TO BE JUST ONE THING, JUST ONE LOOK, OR ONE PERSONA.
Why not reimagine yourself? I know I’m an artist, a fashion designer, and a perfumer, but this week I’m reimagining myself as Martha Stewart.
I’m gardening, I’m painting the garden furniture, I’m buying a chicken plant potter to put on my outdoor table with multi-colored petunias for a pretty spring breakfast.
I have my MARTHA STEWART LOOK that I got out of my closet. I just had to add some Vicky Tiel diamond sparkle to my black oxfords as NOW I like to wear my white tennis shoes with long flower print dresses and not jeans. NOW I DO QUIRKY.
Last week I was Grandma Moses painting in my naive style and imagining my paintings as dinner plates with a painting of this romantic Florida farm. How cool would it be to eat in my garden on plates with a painting of the very same home. We should all be able to do that someday. Someone will invent a machine that takes a photo of your home and puts it on white plates and sends it to you next day air.
What am I wearing? My blue Jean jumper is from Wal-Mart and I embroidered it myself, my diamond-studded oxford shoes and black stockings are from Paris bought in 2020 at Galeries Lafayette. Thé blouse is vintage 1950’s from Key West
and it’s worn over my mother’s blue t-shirt.
